Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Galashiels is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Galashiels and the surrounding area. We operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law and the standards set by the General Pharmaceutical Council.

We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where it is deemed clinically inappropriate or where inaccurate information has been provided. Providing false information may constitute a criminal offence.
All weight loss treatments requiring a prescription are subject to a clinical assessment completed via our online consultation form. A GPhC-registered pharmacist or authorised prescriber will review your responses before any prescription is issued.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without a valid prescription. Prescriptions are issued solely at the clinical discretion of our prescribing team. We reserve the right to decline to issue a prescription without providing detailed reasons, where patient safety requires it.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications, or medical history as these may affect the suitability of your treatment.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
We do not store your full payment card details. Transactions are processed through an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateway. In the event that a prescription is not approved following payment, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is carried out by a tracked postal or courier service.
Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our control, including Royal Mail or courier delays and adverse weather conditions. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate. We are unable to accept liability for medicines delivered to an incorrect address provided by the patient.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and medication prepared for dispatch, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety regulations. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

We accept no liability for adverse effects arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted during your consultation.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
